I am a creative, highly motivated professional with a well-established career, working across a broad and diverse spectrum of educational needs and provisions in all phases. With 15 years’ invaluable experience at this level, I have successfully cultivated change and raised standards at deputy, headship and executive level with significant partnership work with the care sector and multi-agency bodies too. As it should be for any sector but, in particular, that of education, I champion the need for ethical leadership. With that, it is a pleasure and privilege to offer my services via this consultancy company. Values-centric, solutions-focused, with a fierce passion for and belief in education, learning and people, I have extensive knowledge of managing and expertly leading projects and provision from conception to delivery. Facilitating positive growth, development and success for young people, adults and whole organisations alike, my change management and improvement drives have often been in testing environments and circumstances, even ones of crisis. With a desire to succeed but also to learn every day, I thrive on challenges, and it is this mindset that has seen certain initiatives receive regional, national and even international acclaim. I am able to operate remotely, on-site and via a hybrid capacity. Although I have recently relocated to the north west, I am open to both nationwide and international projects.

Key Achievements

I have successfully written bids for new provision, including Free Schools, culminating as the winning proposer within, often, extremely competitive processes. My curriculum design / review initiatives have helped transform organisations I have worked for, benefitting life chances and choices for young people and adults alike, attracting plaudits and additional consultancy both on a regional and national scale. I have championed many aspirational community projects, both within schools or as start-ups hitting key societal drivers elsewhere. One specific project (The Lupus Five) stands as ground-breaking in terms of such an endurance challenge being undertaken by a school and remains the highest single donation to the charity concerned, receiving several notable awards / commendations. Another, existing as a community service, is a self-funded homelessness project that has been in operation for over a decade now. My coaching drives have proved enriching both sides, with one particular individual able to simultaneously pursue and achieve academic and national sporting success via carefully-crafted support and direction.
