Having worked across a range of Senior Leadership roles, I bring a wealth of experience with an extensive background in both Mainstream and Special Educational Needs schools. Throughout my career, I’ve been guided by a strong educational philosophy underpinned by the importance of personalised and inclusive learning for every student.
My fundamental belief is that each child is a unique, and I have strong values in providing them with an environment that allows them to flourish, regardless of their abilities or challenges. This belief has been at the core of my work as an educator, shaping the way I’ve approached teaching and leadership in schools.
Today, as an education consultant, I’ve channeled my passion into helping schools, educators, and parents create inclusive and effective learning environments. I have a passion for empowering others with the knowledge and strategies to provide the best possible education for all students.
