I have worked in schools in all Ofsted categories across Birmingham as a teacher, Assistant, and Deputy Head. My current role is Programme Development Lead for Excelsior MAT. My passion is closing the disadvantage gap through evidence-informed school improvement. To achieve this, I support schools with curriculum design, oracy, closing the disadvantage gap, KS2 reading, teaching & learning, personal development including No Outsiders, and middle leadership development. I am also the trust’s research lead and an ELE with St Matthew’s Research School.
